Purchase, Pricing and Payment

You may order any product you wish by completing the relevant order form through our Website.

The price of each product shall be the one displayed on our Website; however, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or to cancel it. If it is impossible to contact you, we will assume that your order has been cancelled and will fully refund any amount you have paid.

Prices on our Website include VAT but do not include product shipping costs.

Our Company reserves the right to refuse acceptance of any order:

Shipping Terms

Courier Delivery

Deliveries within Greece are carried out via our courier company, and the estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days, excluding remote areas or islands of Greece.

Delivery / Ownership / Risk

For all orders, the customer is charged with the shipping costs.

Exchange and Return Policy

Product Exchanges

Our online store offers collectible coins, old and/or pre-owned items, which bear inherent characteristics due to their nature and age.

In the event that you have purchased any product from our online store, you retain the right, within fourteen (14) calendar days, to exchange the product you purchased with another product of equal value.

Exchanges are accepted provided that—cumulatively—the following conditions are met:

• You have contacted us by completing the relevant contact form, stating your full name and the products you wish to return, as well as the reason for the return, and you have sent the products to our Address promptly, within fourteen (14) business days from the date of receipt.
• The returned products must be accompanied by a photocopy of the receipt or the payment invoice.
• The products must be in the same condition as received, without having been used, installed, or with their packaging tampered with. They must also be accompanied by their intact original packaging, as well as any other document that may accompany the products. Returns are not accepted if the protective casing (slab) has been opened, tampered with, or altered in any way.

In the case of an exchange, shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Product Returns

Refund Method

No amount will be refunded if the product has been used after opening, if it is not in the same condition as delivered, or if it has suffered damage.

Defective Product Return Policy

A product is considered defective if it presents a material deviation from its description or lacks agreed characteristics, such as indicatively:

• a different year, type, mint, or metal than stated,
• serious wear or alteration that was not expressly mentioned in the description.

The following are not considered defects: normal wear due to age, patina, oxidation, minor scratches or minting irregularities, subjective disagreement regarding the state of preservation or the aesthetic appearance of the coin, minor deviations in weight or dimensions within acceptable limits, and differences in color or appearance due to photographic lighting.

In the event of disagreement regarding a manufacturing defect, our Company reserves the right to carry out a quality inspection in order to determine whether the defect is genuine. If a genuine defect is confirmed, the product may either be replaced or the amount paid may be refunded.

Certified Coins (NGC / PCGS)

Coins that have been certified and placed in a sealed protective casing (slab) by internationally recognized certification bodies such as NGC (Numismatic Guaranty Company) or PCGS (Professional Coin Grading Service) are considered to carry a binding assessment by an independent third party regarding authenticity, grade, and characteristics.

Therefore, for such products, returns are not accepted due to disagreement regarding the grade or condition assessment, and returns are not accepted for characteristics expressly covered by the certification.

Return Procedure

Our Company bears no responsibility for returned products until their successful arrival at our store.

In the event that a genuine defect is identified, the cost of return shipping is borne by our store.

Returns of defective products are accepted provided that the following conditions are met:

• You must contact us no later than within twenty-four (24) hours by completing the relevant contact form, stating your name, the products you wish to return, and the defect observed, including relevant photographs of the defective product.
