Payment must be made before delivery. Goods remain our property until full payment is received.
You will receive the exact item shown in the picture. Any grade mentioned is only an opinion.
International buyers may have to pay customs duties. This is the buyer's responsibility.
Buyers must pay applicable taxes.
We reserve the right to cancel any order and refuse any sale.
Authenticity for every item is guaranteed. In the case of an accidental forgery, we will need sufficient proof before a refund is possible.
For packages shipped outside of Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union, we are not liable in the event of loss or damage.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the buyer receiving the item. The buyer must pay for return shipping and any applicable customs duties. Only the purchase price will be refunded and not shipping or any other fees. Any item returned must be in its original packaging.
As proof of delivery, the confirmation of the postal organization is decisive, not the recipient's signature. If an incorrect or incomplete delivery address is provided, we accept no liability for misdelivery or loss.
The recipient must properly inspect the shipment before accepting it. If the package is damaged, the shipment must be refused. Claiming missing contents is no longer possible after the package has been received.
