Byzantine, Maurice Tiberius, AE follis (29 mm, 12.75 g), c. AD 583-4, Kyzikos, first officina. His facing crowned and cuirassed bust holding globus cruciger and shield with degraded horseman motif/large M (mark of denomination), officinal mark below, date to either side, cross above, mintmark in exergue.

Very fine, slightly tooled, otherwise good surfaces. Scarce early issue.
