TERMS OF TRADE
PURCHASE
The purchase of all items is subject to availability. Every effort shall be made to keep the gallery up to date. The order shall be processed within 3 working days and an invoice shall be issued.
PAYMENT
The title of goods shall onlly pass once payment has been received by us in full. The payment shall be made in EURO by bank transfer to a bank account in Switzerland (Eurozone, UK and Scandinavia SEPA payments only) or by Paypal (subject to 4% Paypal charge to be borne by the buyer). Payments must be received within 10 days of the issue of the invoice unless agreed otherwise by special arrangement. The items shall be dispatched strictly after the receipt of the full payment.
POSTING
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL ITEMS ARE BANKED and shall be posted within 3 working days of the receipt of the payment. All items shall be dispatched by Swiss post from Zurich, Switzerland, by registered mail, with the tracking number provided in the confirmation e-mail. By special arrangement purchased items can also be dispatched by courier mail (courier charges to be bourne by the buyer) .
AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE
All the items are guaranteed to be authentic unless indicated otherwise.
GRADING
Although every effort will be taken to grade the items as accurately as possible, we shall not be liable for any claims arising from any difference of opinions about the grade. Authentic large images shall be provided for the buyer to grade the items using their own judgement.
RETURN POLICY
Items can be returned within 14 days of their receipt, if found to be different from the items purchased or described. The postage is the buyer's responsibility. In other cases please contact us first to make arrangements.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Please note that Nostalgicoins retains the right to cancel an order in cases when the buyer can be shown to have a poor paying record or otherwise untrustworhy.
LEGAL MATTERS
All desputes regarding purchases shall be referred to a court of law in Zurich. Switzerland.
