2.1 All items are guaranteed authentic for life. If a coin is deemed to be a forgery, it may be returned for a full refund. Please provide reasonable evidence to support your claim.
2.2 We specialize in selling ancient coins. Due to the nature of these products, each coin is unique, and the descriptions and images provided are intended to accurately represent the items.
2.3 All product descriptions, information, and materials posted on our website are provided "as is" and without warranties express, implied, or otherwise howsoever arising.
3. Pricing
3.1 All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.
3.2 Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping and handling fees, which will be added to your total purchase price during checkout.
Canadian Customers - please note GST/HST will be calculate on your order after checkout.
3.3 International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the destination country.
3.4 As the recipient, you are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are payable by you upon delivery.
3.5 We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
3.6 By placing an order with us, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country and acknowledge that failure to do so may result in your package being delayed or returned.
3.7 We are not responsible for any delays or additional costs incurred due to customs clearance processes or any other import-related procedures.

3.9 We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted your order.
3.10 If we discover an error in the price or description of an item you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled and issue a full refund.
4. Orders
4.1 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion.
4.2 Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order.
5. Payment
5.1 We accept payment through Paypal, Wire Transfer (EUR.
5.2 Payment must be made in full before your order is shipped.
5.3 All payments made via paypal are subject to a 2.9% surcharge.
5.4 Orders paid via Paypal must be shipped to the registered address on the Paypal account. Please ensure that the address used during MA-Shops checkout matches that of your Paypal account.
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1 We ship to addresses within Canada and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.
6.2 We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs, postal services, or other external factors.
