The reverse of this Silver coin depicts a squirrel dominating the right side of a winter woodland scene, its bushy tail rising behind it as it holds a nut tightly between its paws. Across the foreground, a generous pile of nuts becomes a symbol of accumulation, while a second squirrel approaches from the left. In the distance, a fox stands near a small fir tree beneath a snow-covered slope and a dense line of conifers. Fine fur textures and subtle tonal coloration draw the eye into this still, cold landscape, where abundance offers little release from the desire to possess. The reverse bears no inscriptions. The obverse features the Effigy of King Charles III against a polished field. All around, the inscriptions: "CHARLES III" - the name of the King, "2026" - the year of issue, "COOK ISLANDS" - the issuing country, and "5 DOLLARS" - the face value.
