Extremely popular in between collectors, 5 Mark of the King Otto of Bavaria (1886-1913). 1888 - "transitional year" with type one design of the Imperial Eagle. RARE in high grade and LOW MINTAGE! This particular coin has highly reflective fields with full cartwheel luster, sharp strike and frosty-white appearance more prominent on obverse. Small scratches as well as excessive handling marks probably determine the grade - graded as MS 63 by PCGS. Still very desirable piece for many collectors!! Great investment coin as well!
