Registration and dispatch of the order implies acquaintance and acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale.
General:
- All orders placed by Buyer are subject to acceptance by Seller. Orders may not be cancelled or rescheduled without Seller’s written consent.
- All prices are stated in euros, and we only accept payment in euros.
- VAT is included in all prices quoted.
- Unless otherwise agreed deliveries won’t commence until fully paid in advance.
- All coins sold are subject to availability.

- All your data will be kept strictly confidential. A transfer of data to third parties is made by us only if this is required for order processing.

We hold the right to refuse Paypal as payment for high value orders or for orders to high risk destinations.
Shipping:
- All orders are sent by traceable registered mail.
- Insured shipping at buyers request. Please contact us for details.
- Uninsured shipping is at buyer's risk.
- We offer express shipping by courier (FEDEX/UPS/GLS), contact for pricing.
- If the address is a post-office box, Numis Freire takes no liability for any damages or losses.
- The customer must examine the merchandise packaging immediately upon its receipt in order to determine whether there is any damage, evidence of which must be noted on the accompanying shipping documents or photographed. In the case that the client doesn’t receive the sent goods, any claim by the client has to be made within one month of receiving the tracking information from Numis Freire. Tracking information is sent to the email address provided by the client, binding is the send-date of this email sent by Numis Freire.
Returns:
Returns for any reason are accepted within 14 days of receiving the coins however postage and insurance is your responsibility. Coins must be in the same condition as posted to you. Responsibility for lost,damaged or stolen items during this phase remains with the customer and no refund will be issued in such a case.
