Coins of the Dark Ages (400-800 AD), Roman 457-472 n. Chr. RRR AE4 of Julius Nepos or Libius Severus, 457-472 CE, Roman Empire

...bIO, bust of the Emperor right / Monogram of Ricimer. 9mm, 1.04 grams. Rome mint? Cf. RIC X 2716-7 or 3222.

Standard monogram of Ricimer, but without the letter "C" - the curved line in the middle could potentially be interpreted as an "S", with a monogram looking more like that of Julius Nepos and not Ricimer. The bronze coins of Julius Nepos are exceedingly rare.

Flavius Ricimer, a Patrician and Master of Soldiers, was a Romanized Germanic general who effectively ruled the remaining territory of the Western Roman Empire from 456 after defeating Avitus, until his death in 472.
