1. Personal data of the Client are processed by the Seller as the personal data administrator.

2. The Seller processes Client's personal data exclusively in order to correctly perform services, including registering Clients, accepting and executing Orders, carrying out complaints procedures, using for this purpose the data included provided by the Client in Order – first and last name, address, phone number and e-mail address.

3. The disclosure of personal data by the Client is voluntary, but necessary to enter into a Sale Agreement.

4. Personal data of the Clients who place orders are processed for the time required to execute the provisions of the present agreement, in particular Orders accepted to be executed and the Complaints procedure, unless the law will oblige the Seller to process this data longer or the Seller will store it longer in the event of potential claims, for the limitation period specified by law, in particular the Civil Code, or for other purposes resulting from the implementation of our legitimate interests. In each case, the longer period of storage of personal data is decisive.

5. Clients' personal data will be transmitted to third parties, i.e. Deliverers, to the extent necessary to correctly execute the Client's order.

6. Every Client has the right to access their data, correct, demand to stop processing the data and opposition to the processing, at any moment. Such a demand shall be placed in writing directly to the address of the Seller. If a Client presents a demand which will make it impossible to execute an Order after it has been accepted, the Seller shall not be liable for non-performance or improper performance of the Order.
