All items are strictly graded and are Guaranteed Genuine (unless explicitly stated otherwise).
Approval Terms
All items are sent on a 14 day approval and may be returned within this period for either refund, credit or exchange of the purchase price. Coins can be only returned in their original holder. Coins without their original holder cannot be accepted for returning. Items sent back damaged or in a different state we sent them can not be returned. Lots are sold as is and can not be returned. The customer shall bear the cost of returning all items and shall insure them for their full value. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless items are wrong described or not authentic.
Privacy Policy
All your data will be kept strictly confidential. A transfer of data to third parties (eg shipping services) is made by us only if this is required for order processing.

We hold the right to refuse Paypal as payment for high value orders or for orders to high risk destinations. A surcharge of 3,5% is added to all Paypal payments.
Cheques and bankdrafts can no longer be accepted as Dutch banks no longer convert them.
Shipping
• € 2,50, for orders up to € 50,00 with standard mail, no tracking code. NO PAYPAL accepted with this method of shipping; not sent by registered mail and shipped at full buyers risk. Not available for Italy, Greece, eastern Europe, Russia, former Russian states; these countries registered mail only.
• Registered mail: Europe € 12,50; World € 17,50
• Orders over € 1.000,00 are free of shipping charges.
- Insured shipping is possible at buyers request. Please contact us for details.
- Uninsured shipping is at buyer's risk.
- Shipping costs for very large or very heavy (e.g. books) orders may vary.
- If the address is a post-office box, Agora Numismatiek takes no liability for any damages or losses.
- The customer must examine the merchandise packaging immediately upon its receipt in order to determine whether there is any damage, evidence of which must be noted on the accompanying shipping documents or photographed. In the case that the client doesn’t receive the sent goods, any claim by the client has to be made within one month of receiving the tracking information from Agora Numismatiek. Tracking information is sent to the email address provided by the client, binding is the send-date of this email sent by Agora Numismatiek.

Applicable law
Between every agreement made by Agora Ancient Coins and a buyer, Dutch law applies.
