FR : Riza Pahlavi Shah (26/10/1919-27/07/1980) modernise son pays après la seconde guerre mondiale. La réforme agraire qu'il organise au profit de la paysannerie et aux dépens des immenses terres du clergé lui vaut la haine inexpiable de celui-ci. Dans la lignée de Louis XVI et de Nicolas II, il doit sa chute à son manque de fermeté contre des opposants parfaitement organisés, à son souci du paraître et des affaires étrangères au détriment des problèmes domestiques.Cette représentation du lion dans le soleil est une allégorie remontant à la plus ancienne astrologie où la naissance alors que la constellation du lion est dans le soleil indique une destinée de pouvoir
