Commentary : Patine hétérogène à reflet irisé, traces d’oxydations et rayures
FR : Exemplaire dans sa boite bleu dont l’intérieur beige se décolle Hauteur 90 mm largeur : 58 mmDocteur en droit, M. Lehmann est président d’abord de l’Union nationale des mutilés et réformés puis de l’Union fédérale à partir de 1919. Il devient par la suite chef de Cabinet de Maginot, quand celui-ci occupe le poste de ministre des Pensions. Durant sa carrière il s’occupera de mettre en avant les droits des enfants pupilles de la nation notamment dans l’obtention de bourses d’études En France, la qualité de pupille de la Nation est attribuée par l'État aux enfants de moins de vingt-et-un ans dont un des parents a été blessé ou tué lors d'une guerre, d'un attentat terroriste ou en rendant certains services publics
